| Introduction | My husband, Phil, and I are the proud "mama and daddy" to two guinea pigs and shih-poo dog. I am the proud aunt to 22 nieces and nephews. Due to my general interest in reducing chemicals that enter my body and a mystery illness that puzzles doctors, I was introduced to Norwex, and it has been love from almost first sight! (more on that later). The Lord directed my path into not only loving it, but into becoming an Norwex Independent Sales Consultant. Continuing on my health journey I have started eating the Trim Healthy Mama way. I have loved cooking but haven't done a lot of it, but now that I'm eating the Trim Healthy Mama way, I'm cooking a lot more. I will share my journey both with THM and with cooking. The newest addition to my life is using a Bemer to aid my body's circulation to make it more oxygenated, nourished and cellular waste removal. Since I've done so well with a Bemer, my husband actually became an independent Bemer distributor. |
