Introduction	Doug Sparks was an investment banker who left his job for a career in pole vaulting and managing physical therapy services. In 2003, he founded Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT), formerly MD/PT Partners, LLC, to help physicians, hospitals, and healthcare systems contract highly skilled and efficient private practice PTs without the added cost. Leading a multi-faceted company in the challenging world of healthcare didn’t stop him from pursuing his passion in pole vaulting. He trains in the sport from time to time with the likes of Ukrainian Olympic legend Sergey Bubka and Australian Olympic pole vaulter Simon Arkell.
