| Introduction | I am a military spouse with four children ages 7-17. We have lived across the United States and endured three deployments to Iraq. I am continually asked why I decided to return to school now. Simple answers would include timing and financial stability for my family’s future. Could it be the feeling of unfinished business gnawing on my conscience? All of these answers would accurately describe why I returned to school after so many years, however the desire to inspire my own children and prove to myself that I could accomplish this goal is what is truly driving me to complete my degree. |
