| Introduction | I use my blog as a medium to express my views on a wide variety of subjects though mostly on topics related to religion, philosophy, Dominican spirituality, politics and social justice. I am a 40 years old "cradle Catholic," married, with two sons. I served in the United States Navy for almost 21 years, retiring in March of 2010. I now work for a consulting firm which specializes in providing services to the U.S. Department of Defense. I have a BA in Religious Studies from Chaminade University in Hawaii and a MA in Moral Theology from St. Mary's Seminary and University in Maryland.
