Introduction	When the name, Hearth Arts, came to me in the middle of the night, it seemed fitting for someone who likes to bake bread. Once I realized that hearth contains the words heart, earth, and art, I knew why the name claimed me. These days I often look beyond the kitchen for my stories and photographs, but it is still the place where most everything happens.
