Introduction	I am an artist. I make paintings about nature and other things on canvas and found objects. Being an incorrigibly creative person, I can't help "unschooling" my 4 children (ie: not letting them go to school, though the oldest has just left for college) I brought the oldest one home from preschool in 1996 when his younger brother was born, against the advice of his preschool. It has been crazy and wonderful ever since with so many friends, not least of all, my kids. I also keep chickens and cultivate a huge vegetable garden.
