Introduction	I'm the mother of two (ages 17 and 22) and two dogs (Lizzie, pictured above, our shih-tzu and Tulip, also a shih-tzu) and live in the Chicago suburbs. I majored in journalism and work from home now as a freelance writer, after many years full time in PR and the newspaper biz.
Interests	Writing!!!!! Oh yes, and reading, family time, Chicago Cubs baseball, and papercrafting!
Favorite movies	Grease, Shawshank Redepmtion, Driving Miss Daisy, Poseidon Adventure (original), Dances With Wolves, St. Elmo's Fire, The Hunger Games movies and more!
Favorite music	I like it all from the 60's to hip hop and even rap. Above all, 80's music rocks my world. I LOVE the 80's!
Favorite books	So many!!! A few are The Notebook, the Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum series, any Harry Potter book, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series, Fannie Flagg and Jen Lancaster books, and The Great Gatsby.
