| Introduction | Im a social worker with a heart for real-life stories, quiet resilience, and the messy beauty of growth. Life has thrown some serious challenges my way, but I try to face them with honesty and grit. I’m not perfect, but I’m always evolving. My days are a mix of helping others, figuring out my own next step, and doing my best to stay grounded. I’m also a huge fan of quiet mornings, meaningful tattoos, and anything that feels like home. |
| Interests | I’m curious, grounded, and always trying to figure out how things, and people, work. I’m big into psychology, mental health, journaling, and true connection. I love exploring new places (even if it’s just my own city), getting into deep conversations, and cozy nights in with my cat. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, even though I recently moved to a new city and don’t get to see them as often. I’m learning how to balance work, self-care, and starting fresh, all while keeping a sense of humour. |
| Favorite movies | I love anything that tells a strong story, especially true crime, documentaries, and smart sci-fi. I’m drawn to emotional depth, real characters, and movies that make you think or feel something long after they’re over. I enjoy clever comedies too, the kind that actually make you laugh without being ridiculous. I’ll skip horror and anything that feels super dumb. I’d rather watch something thoughtful than something loud. |
| Favorite music | My go-to music is country, pop, and classic rock. Songs that hit you in the gut or bring you back to a memory. I’m not into heavy metal or classical, but I’m open to most genres if the lyrics or melody grab me. Whether I’m driving, cleaning, or just trying to reset my mood, there’s always music playing somewhere in the background. |
| Favorite books | I don’t read a lot of fiction. Most of the books I pick up are tied to my social work practice. Things that deepen my understanding of trauma, healing, behaviour, and people in general. I like reading things that help me do my job better, or help me show up for others (and myself) in a more thoughtful way. |
You've written a hit musical! How will you avoid having fame go to your head?
Fame wont go to my head. I still trip over nothing and argue with Siri like shes a real person.
