| Introduction | I'm officially over 40~ hitting my 40s was fairly difficult for me for the first time in my life. I have never been bothered by the number before, but somehow 40 seemed so "middle age". I don't want to be defined by my age, so I have come to embrace it; To me, how we choose to deal with the things that we can't change are just the things that help you define how old you are, or perhaps, how old you feel. I mean, really, age is just a number. What really counts is in your heart and in your head. |
