About me

Occupation Retired
Introduction This old dog is 73 since the 2013 election of the coalition. I found I was getting increasingly angry. My city voted the most livable in the world lost some of it charm and ambience. I needed to bark. Old Dog Thoughts has given me an outlet which I never felt I needed before. The media is nothing but opinion pieces reflecting Australia, my city, myself in negative terms that need to be countered for our benefit. If it reaches some readers and strikes a note feel free to comment, acknowledge or leave some feedback. Topics center on issues of our current governments failures to accept Australia as a pluralistic, multicultural Democracy with a generous spirit and kind nature. It fails to recognize it’s citizens giving priority to transnational corporations above all else. Particular criticism is also directed at news organizations that indulge in producing anything but news. Murdoch media being the most significant in Australia. Abbott and Murdoch simply want to disrupt and degrade Democracy together they formed a Democratic Death Cult power for power's sake alone. Let's make Orwell fiction again.

Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

Both flexibility for the resilience it provides to stay loose and expand-ability for continued curiosity and growth.
