Introduction	Hi! I am Laura Shallcrass. I am an artist living in a little hippy community on a pebbly beach in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand... I'm not a hippy (well maybe a little bit) but I am an artist. I paint mostly but I also draw, sew, knit and bake. I have an illustration degree and a secret love of typography. In fact I love a lot of things; juxtaposition and organic lines, animals and the colour green, fashion and femininity in art, my dog Kota, horse Charlie and my husband Robbie most of all. Here are some of my past works. I'm working on some new stuff at the moment so watch this space there is plenty more to come...
