Introduction	Denise and her husband, Nolen were Owners/Brokers of a major real estate brokerage in Colorado Springs, CO for 8 years. Denise has since transitioned to Keller Williams Clients Choice and has been there since 2008. She has had her Real Estate license since 2000. Denise and her husband are both Colorado natives and Denise grew up in the Springs area. Prior to Real Estate, Denise’s background was in fund raising where she spent 10 years with Focus on the Family in Public Affairs. She is passionate about people and meeting their needs. Denise's expertise is in all facets of real estate – buying/selling residential property, investment property, 1031 Exchanges, land and rental properties. She has long-standing relationships with ethical and qualified mortgage lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, contractors and builders in the area. Nolen and Denise have been married 32 years and have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. They enjoy hiking, golf and serving others.
