| Introduction | As a bare-knuckles fighter in the early part of the century, I was known as "Gentleman Jim" despite my name being Mike and my prediliction for punching my opponents in the balls. After losing my first fight, a 104 round split decision which was called on account of inclement weather, I gave up the sweet science and focused instead on the equally hardscrabble world of trailer editing. The pay tends to be better, but it now seems that I am the one on the receiving end of repeated shots to the groin. |
