| Introduction | I am on my second marriage with my beloved POLAR OPPOSITE. We met as single parents. We both had daughters...yes, little girls who were used to getting ALL of that single parent attention. I have stories about our little princesses..Hannah (mine) and Sara (his). For now, I will tell you we manifested a little Brady bunch, (minus the maid, dammit), and along came Tommy (our love child), the fruit of our lusty, opposites attracted loins. This boy turned our world upside down , inside out and colored it in color that crayola couldn't make up. His colors are loud, sticky and stinky, but he is irresistible! He is now four, and a freaking genius, spoiled rotten by his sisters who love him desperately. Lucky for Tommy that he was a boy, because there would have been thermal nuclear warfare had he been conceived a girl. There was absolutely NO room in this house for another princess. That kid would't have stood a chance in hell. So, in this blog, I will touch on many things... parenthood, marriage, sex, politics, civil rights, nonsense, music, entertainment... whatever the day brings, and however yours truly is feeling that day. My dysfunctional family who I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Oh, and cooking, wine, art, LAUGHTER (the sicker, more twisted, more devious, the better),pretty days, when the clock strikes 4:20 for some reason (just a lucky number for me :o), laugh lines, being served fancy drinks with an umbrella in them, drag queens, wearing prom makeup with sweatpants to the grocery store when I feel like it (or sometimes going to the store without even brushing my damn hair)...It depends on what day you get me. Things are subject to change. |
