Introduction	I am a retired United Methodist Clergy. Served churches of all sizes, and two terms as a church executive. Mostly in the Washington, D.C. area. After retirement, worked as a speechwriter for the Federal Government. Also as outreach liasion with faith-based and community-based organizations on behalf of children and families. Have written op-ed pieces for various newspapers, had a few articles published, an essay of mine appears in a book titled, "Out of the Closet - Into Our Hearts," and currently have a newly published memoir, "Through Fear to Faith: A Spiritual Journey."
Favorite movies	"To Kill a Mockingbird," "Places in the Heart," "Little Miss Sunshine," "Keeping Mum."
Favorite music	Classical, Country Western, and Spirituals are my favorites.
Favorite books	"Brother to a Dragonfly," "Cold-Sassy Tree," "Huckleberry Finn," "A Prayer for Owen Meany," "The Damnation of Tharon Ware."
