| Introduction | I am happily single, I live with my granddaughter and 1 cat who rules the roost, I am a Retired Senior Carer of the elderly and a member of the Red Cross. I was bought up in care from the age of 2 till i was 18, in 1973 I and 2 friends stuck our thumbs out and hitched hiked from London to Devon, where we got a live in job in Pontins, I fell in love with the West Country, and never returned to London. I met and fell in love, got pregnant, had a son, became a single mum, got married, got divorced, loved my job and being in the red cross as i got to go to events i would never have been able to if i had not been a member plus it gave me the skills to save a life, which i had to do on 2 ocassions, now i am settled in devon near the sea, raising a granddaughter, which is a rollercoaster ride but hopefully we will both benefit from the experience, she has a stable loving home, and i have a hmmmmmmmmmmmm let me think, ah ha, permanent headache. |
