| Introduction | I am an ordained priest and professed monastic member of the Lindisfarne Community, an independent, ecumenical religious community of the Anglo-Celtic tradition. I am a teacher, spiritual director, meditation instructor and retreat leader. I am a life-long student of religion, spirituality, myth, health, and healing. I am a member of Spiritual Directors International and provide spiritual direction to individuals and groups. I have also studied & practiced meditation in the Tibetan and Zen Buddhist Traditions for more than 15 years. In 2013, I became the founder and Prior of New Seeds Priory, a Christian-Buddhist contemplative New-Monastic community. I feel a special calling for assisting & providing Spiritual Direction to individuals recovering from trauma or who are participating in twelve-step programs (i.e. Al-Anon, AA, etc.) and I enjoy introducing Christian Communities to the practices of Zen Meditation and Mindfulness. I consider it a great honor and privilege to serve as a guide and companion to others on their Spiritual Journey. |
