| Introduction | I was the Hong Kong Government Chief Information Officer from 2008-2011. I looked after the use of IT within the Government, the development of the digital economy and IT sector, and promoting digital inclusion. I have spent most of the last 20 years working in the ICT sector in Hong Kong, for Hong Kong Telecom and as a management consultant. I live in Kam Tsin Tsuen near Sheung Shui with my wife and two small children. My interests include being chairman of an international school, horse riding, food and wine, and reading. |
