Introduction I work to promote wellbeing for everyone. I use various techniques to support this, using e.g. meditation, bodywork / massage (in the form of Japanese healing shiatsu), linked exercise systems (e.g. do-in, chi kung and yoga), and a reflective holistic board game - The Transformation Game.
