| Introduction | I have decided to start this blog as a getaway from the stagnant Greek educational reality that is further worsened by the lack of user-friendly language teaching materials and electronic media available in schools to make ELT more attractive. I have also been an admirer of British and American culture since my childhood and, needless to say, the British and American educational system. I wanted to make a humble effort to familiarise my students with all those things as well as give them the opportunity to express their own thoughts on issues of interest to them (hopefully) or find material that will help them in their academic careers since I consider myself fortunate enough to teach high school students. |
