Introduction	Building Healthy Communities in the Machars is part of a region wide programme based on the Healthy Living Centre concept and is a partnership of public, community and voluntary organisations that meet in the Machars. As part of the BHC programme, we have sucessfully received funding from "Putting You First" to establish a Self Management Programme targeting Older People, People with Long Term Conditions and Carers.
