Introduction | Crocheting has been more than a therapy for me since I was 15. My mother taught me to knit, needlepoint, cross stitch, and embroider when I was a little girl. Mrs. Kilpatrick, my English and German teacher, as well as my friend, taught me to crochet medallions when I was 13. But when I was 15, one Saturday afternoon I picked up a book of crochet motifs and I literally was "hooked". Now 41 years later my crocheted 'things" are for sale at www.ccdzs.etsy.com I've sold everything you can think of crocheted for years at Emporiums. Now online, I'm "meeting" folks from all over the world interested in crochet, knitting, yarns, fibers and weaving. I'm also a grandmother, mother, wife, Child Abuse Prevention Specialist, advocate for children, lover of dogs, and a Democrat! |
