| Introduction | is an Australian Cookbook Author, Food & Travel Writer and Publishing Consultant -recently turned Culinary Tour Guide! A Slasher so say the kids. I have published more than a breadbox full of cookbooks from some of Australia's finest foodies and scratched out a few of my own over the years - Zenbu Zen, Snowflakes and Schnapps, Cocina Nueva, Grub, Yoshoku and A little taste of Japan.
