| Introduction | After 11 years as Senior Asst Site Director of the Distance Learning sites of Old Dominion University in Arizona, May 31 was my final day. I have officially retired!! Now comes the fun part. Roy and I purchased a Lil Guy Teardrop trailer a year ago and have done some work on it, although it is a very minimally outfitted rig, not like some of those you see with kitchens, wine bars, etc. Our plan? We will be traveling along the West coast of the United States from the Mexican to the Canadian border taking photos of all of the lighthouses and visiting with friends and family along the way. We will stay in national camp grounds, public camp grounds, truck stops, and Walmart parking lots along the way when not staying with others. We are taking our good companion Guayo with us, and will be journaling the trip here. Hope you enjoy! |
