| Introduction | After years of living in Austin, Texas, I've been transplanted to Chicago -- but I've also lived in New York and New Jersey, so this "cold" stuff should be no problem, right?? I kinda consider myself a northeasterner at heart, and still hold on to my love of the Yankees, my love of a FIRST snowfall (after that it gets old fast... :)), and my love of New York City. I'm a bit of a xenophile, and there isn't a place on this planet I wouldn't like to visit. I love learning about different countries, culture, people, religion, views, opinions, etc. People always tell me I'm "nice" or "sweet," probably because I'm pretty shy -- but if I start writing, it's hard to get me to shut up. (Hmmm... not sure if that's good or bad... :)) I also love to travel, read, learn new things, work out, and cook. And I really love to bake things I probably shouldn't eat, but I'm a big believer in "everything in moderation." Life without cupcakes is no life at all... |
