Introduction | As a young boy I took a great interest in God and his church, as well as in history. I ended up converting to Catholicism as a teenager, though my early years were in the Church of the Brethren. Through the years I continued to search for spirtitual answers and always loved Christ, and deep theological conversations, with Him, and with other people. At the age of 22, I was introduced to two things that changed my life...Rhonda, (now my wife of 22 years) whom I adore, and the Church of the Nazarene. The call to holiness of the church resonnated in my soul, and I have been growing spiritually in the Nazarene Church ever since. I am grateful to God for my years in the Catholic Church; they have given me a deep appreciation for the ancient faith that is in Christ. Now I am privileged to serve my Lord as an ordained Elder in the Nazarene Church. I also have a BS in Organizational Management & Leadership. Life truly is a journey. I am blessed to be on this journey with Rhonda, and my son Corbin, and daughter Brooke (the greatest kids in the world!). I invite you to think about faith with me in this blog and I pray that you too will find the deepness that God is calling you to. |
