| Introduction | Rising from a small group of devoted followers, Iglesia Ni Cristo has become a global Christian organization known for its adherence to the Bible and dedication to unified worship. Officially registered on July 27, 1914, in the Philippines, the Church was founded by Brother Felix Y. Manalo with a focus on worshiping the one true God, recognizing Jesus Christ as God’s Son and Savior, and following the Bible as the only authority in faith and conduct. These core beliefs have guided Iglesia Ni Cristo’s growth and inspired members to maintain discipline and faithfulness throughout generations. The earliest days of the Church were centered in Punta, Sta. Ana, Manila, where Brother Felix gathered a small congregation eager to learn and apply biblical teachings in their lives. This foundation allowed Iglesia Ni Cristo to spread quickly through Manila, reaching more people drawn to its clear, scripture-based doctrines. From there, congregations expanded into the provinces of Luzon and later into the Visayas and Mindanao regions, building a strong network of worship communities across the Philippines. |
