Introduction	My name is Penelope Austin. My passions in life include (but are not limited to): food (eating and cooking), wine (especially sparkling wine), traveling, and spending time with interesting people. I love learning. Admittedly, I tend to learn things the hard way, but the point is that I do learn. Life can get crazy and I seem to have an answer for everything. My answer to everything these days is: DRINK WINE. Having a bad day? DRINK WINE. Just got promoted? DRINK WINE. Time to do laundry? Spice it up and DRINK some WINE. Watching the news? DRINK LOTS OF WINE. You get the picture. Wine is a good cure-all. It lifts your mood when you are down, and lifts it even higher when you are up. And while it might not really “cure” everything it will certainly distract you for a while. Welcome to my online diary of my life as I know it.
Interests	Food (cooking and trying new restaurants), wine, travel, outdoor stuff, chillin' with the dogs, learning new things, etc...
