| Introduction | In '06 I was diagnosed with MS and started changing my eating habits. Since then, I have researched growing and producing my own food. In '09 we purchased a few cows and began raising grassfed beef. We plan on raising chickens in the pasture for egg production. This year we will not have much to offer, but should be up and running in 2011. |
