Introduction	Ex-JWO Edward Michael, Wpn/Fit., joined Indian Air Force on 29th June,1960 and left the service on 30th June, 1983. I feel that there is no proper representation to address the anomaly faced by Other Ranks and Junior Commissioned Officers / equivalent ranks in Armed Forces, regarding upgrading of their Pay Scale, Pension and Status of Gazetted Officer Class II, etc.
