| Introduction | Mr. Mehrab Irani has a total of 12 years of experience in investment research, portfolio management, investment banking, dealing and global research on US and European financial services sector and credit markets. He has diversified experience of both equity and the fixed income markets including research, dealing and portfolio management. On the research side he has done research on different sectors in the equities and also on the fixed income markets including publishing of various reports. On the dealing front, he has varied experience of dealing in different instruments ranging from equities to fixed income which includes Government Securities, corporate bonds, money market instruments and call/ reverse repos. He has been responsible for managing the portfolios of a third party (mutual fund) and also proprietary money (corporate). He has also experience of investing in mutual funds in different categories including equity, fixed income and cash management.
