| Introduction | My world was a Catholic school in the north side of Chicago until I graduated and got married. The sheltered life was a good thing for me as it taught discipline and respect for others. Children and work kept my eyes straight ahead to keep balance. I really didn't grasp the dynamics of politics and politicians til the late 70's. Our exposure to news was ay 6 pm and 10 pm from one of three channels. Oh how life has changed. |
