Introduction A Tokyo based filmmaker and writer, my main outlet for writing has been Fangoria magazine. I've also written for many Japanese publications, including Hobby Japan, Pia, The Japan Times and Mono Magazine. As a filmmaker, I've made a few films: The iDol (2006, final edit 2007) Bringing Godzilla Down to Size (2008) and several shorts. More are on the way... I do work subtitling films too. Here is a partial list of films I've written English subs for: "Vampire Girl vs Frankenstein Girl," "Natural Woman," "Mutant Girls Squad," "Helldriver," "Karate-Robo Zaborgar," "Bakamono," I've spent time on the set of over 50 Japanese film productions. Sets I've been to include the entire Millennium Godzilla series, The Ju-On / Grudge series and the Death Note series, as well as several of Nikkatsu's Sushi Typhoon films. In addition, you can catch me trying to act in Godzilla, Death Note, and Helldriver, among others. One of my greatest life experiences was getting to work with 'zombie' director George A Romero in 1998.
