Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I love scarfs. I have a ton of scarfs in incredible patterns and colors. However, I never wear them except for warm ones in the depth of winter. The other beautiful ones seem to slide around my neck, end of up in knot of some type, and never look elegant like I'm expecting them to look. Go figure.
