| Introduction | I retired after 40 years of teaching and coaching. I have a Masters of Science degree in exercise physiology and have trained athletes for competition at the college and high school levels for over 40 years. Now I travel, see the grand kids, fool with this damn computer, kayak and hike every chance I get. I have been married to my college sweetheart for 50 years. We have two children and two grand sons and a granddaughter. We spend our summers in Maine. Volunteer with Maine Adaptive Sports and Recreation. I read in any spare time.
