| Introduction | Leah is an actress and Yoga teacher with a career spanning over twenty years in television and on stage. She is best remembered for her role as Zoe Tate in Emmerdale. . She has been practising yoga for over twelve years, training as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and the British School of Yoga.She has released 2 best selling yoga dvds: "YOGA & YOU".And "YOGA for LIFE" Leah has written for Yoga Magazine: a series of articles entitled the Secret Life of Asana. She runs regular classes and workshops nationwide. Outside of Yoga and Acting, Leah is the mother of two grown up girls, she is qualified to practitioner level in Reiki and is also qualified in Indian Head Massage and Eastern Facial and has undergone EFT practitioner training. She has undergone Shamanic Initiation and practitioner training and regularly assists on workshops.
