| Introduction | I can be reached at either 602.769.6833 or email at: Jim.Zirbes@gmail.com -----------> Are you or someone you know looking to hire a real estate professional specializing in real estate management, recruiting, training coaching and/or consultation? Then please contact me. I can evaluate your needs and see if there is a match for what your needs are and what I can offer. -------> This blog has musings about my opinions and observations about the residential real estate business. It is mostly about the industry, for people in the industry, or at least for those who want to learn more about it. I do have some personal things, a few "fun" items & a touch of "news", but this blog is largely my commentary on the business of real estate for agents and brokers! I am a fairly newly-minted bachelor; a divorced doting Dad. I am also a real estate broker; one who specializes in training residential real estate agents.
