Introduction	Ramot Mangatur Simanjuntak SS, MPd has 12 years of English Language Training experience, using the motto: English is everyone’s second language. Ramot is a graduate of Catholic University of St. Thomas (1998). He joined and organized several seminars, workshops and English Trainings and courses in Jadebotabek, Medan, Surabaya, Semarang, Lampung, Probolinggo, Pekan Baru, Banyuwangi, Batam, Pontianak. Assist, motivate and explain why the internet is so important and useful for English and non-English teachers. During the past he has combined and developed training schedules and courses to become a facilitator, bilingual teacher, bilingual school and bilingual trainer. Until today being a teacher trainer and the Founder of Jakarta Bilingual Consulting ; a bilingual consulting (training and coaching) for language hardware and software.
