| Introduction | My first love is reading! Especially historical fiction. Some of my favorite authors in this genre are Amanda Quick, Philippa Gregory, and Anya Seton. My second love is telling stories...I can't draw/paint/sculpt to save my life! So my medium is photography! My favorite subjects are children and animals. Simply because they don't know how to be "posed". So every shot is natural. My third love is travelling. As a child I did a lot of traveling. Growing up I didn't enjoy it too much and as a result, as an adult I thought I wanted to settle down and grow roots. Turns out I was wrong. The Portuguese and Dutch in me wants to be a wanderer! My fourth love is exploring the cullinary arts! I love to cook! I just wish my budget and time would allow me to explore it more! But I pride myself on being able to dish up anything!...Perhaps the next Iron Chef hmmm? I'm a church-going, southern wife, conservative, down-home values, kinda gal. My Lord, my husband, and my family comes first. |
