Introduction Where to begin, Ok... Well first off, Hi there! Thanks for taking a peek into my world. I'm happy, grumpy, argumentative, and love loving (especially when I know it's reciprocated). When I'm not at work, I'm with my two adorable children. When I'm not with them,I'm sad. Welcome to my blog.
Interests My daughter Rashidah and son RafiqCake Decorating, chocolate making, tourism, fishing (when I can find the time), now blogging.
Favorite Movies While you were sleeping, Gidget, Grease 1 and 2, Gone with the wind, Original movies I'm talking old school black and white. Forrest Gump. Might as well say almost all of Mel Gibson, Tom Hanks, Kevin Costner, Sandra Bullock, Tim Robins, Will Farrel, and Drew Barrymore Flicks.
Favorite Music It has changed over the years but for the most part I'll always love alternative rock, but I do like salsa, pop, and trance(but only to dance not really listen to) I'm also digging the old school country songs, thanks to my hubby.
Favorite Books OMG Forever Yours will always be a my favorite...it helped me keep a sober mind throughout my teen years...I'll definitely pass this book on to my daughter. I just love the stories by Dean Koontz 2 good ones are Winter Moon and Seize the Night. I'll have to say a real favorite for the sentimental reason of "coming in to" is my first adult novel, The Invitation by Jude Deveraux, I found the book on my seat in an airplain as I was boarding, started reading and I was hooked. I kept the book for years. It even travelled with me on two life changing moves until I finally let go of it. Now I wish I hadn't. Cook books I can't do without...Forest Gump: My favorite Chocolate Recipes, Mccall's Cook Book. Newest Fav: Twilight Saga. Read all 4 books in a Week

You moved the pot before the coffee stopped brewing. Do you smell the mountains or the burro?

Didn't know I could slay a dragon. But since I have and I just happen to have some jet puffs nearby (what a coinkidink,) I'd use my handy dandy trusty sword (after I wipe off some of the yucky blood of course) place a lovely soft fluffy mallow on it's sharp tip and stick it into the hot fire that's roasting up the mean ol' dragon (I lit him on fire just to make sure he was dead of course.)
