| Introduction | I have been practicing law in Utah sine April of 1984 and currently office in Heber City, Utah. My practice has focused on small businesses, construction litigation, collections, trucking, and commercial law. I often speak on construction and collection law topics, and have substantial experience with real estate matters. With a J.D. degree from the University of Utah, I am a trained mediator and arbitrator. From 1985 until my appointment as the Heber City Justice Court Judge in September, 2010, served as a Judge Pro Tem for small claims court in the Third District Court, Utah. I like to consider myself fluent in Spanish, but reality may be a bit different! I am a member of the Utah Association for Justice (formerly Utah Trial Lawyers Association); formerly on the Board of the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
