| Introduction | When I was 17-years-old, I dreamed of one day becoming a successful broadcast journalist; travelling the world covering light entertainment stories. Life had a different path for me, and I fell in to marketing ... and I have never looked back. I absolutely, positively LOVE what I do, and personally think I have the best job in the world. I am constantly seeking new ways to engage with customers ... and it amazes me how far the marketing world has come in the last 10 years. Imagine what it is going to be like in 10 more. The best aspect of marketing, is that nothing is ever the same. Each brand, each segment, each channel presents new challenges. No day is the same, which makes life extremely exciting.
