| Introduction | in 2002 myself and my sister set up cocoa bean chocolate co in limerick. it was a business born of a passion for chocolate, a taste for experimenting with flavour and an urge to brighten chocolate up a bit. in 2007 we moved the business down to kerry to join up with skelligs chocolate co. now here i am, living by the sea and making chocolate. i have a lovely husband and a chocoholic 3 year old daughter. |
