Introduction	I am a mid-twenties, fairly recently converted foodie who mainly became interested in the subject through the auspicious acquisition of a husband, upon whose arrival the necessity of good food was impervious. As such, I relegated myself to the task of learning to cook a decent meal. Such a feat might have been easy for some, but my previous experience had proven me no match for many recipes. As such, I am currently expanding my knowledge and experience of food and inviting you to enjoy the journey with me, meanwhile blogging about my experiences in the pastry arts program at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and hopefully my eventual career as a baker. I love to share good food and invite people to relax and enjoy the simple pleasure and good will that comes from eating a delicious meal together.
