| Introduction | Cinema, movies, film. While a more recent form of art, their value and utility goes beyond what we can describe. From the adrenaline-overdose induced by action films to the heart-wrenching ache of sadness left when a drama has finished and the credits begin to roll. Unfortunately, films often are negatively received. While there are many films that might deserve the class-B rating, most of the time people hate on films for entirely the wrong reasons. That is why I am here. That is my purpose. To defend great films when large portions of the population try to bury what that film created in the millions it affected. Art can not be controlled to make those with preconceived ideals comfortable. Grow up! We are all a part of something bigger, something that deserves to be represented on the big screen for the world to see. |
