| Introduction | I'm an engineering working in a Semiconductor Industry in Bangalore. Two years into the job and I've lost touch of my basic circuits knowledge. Now its mainly EDA's and HDL's that rule the roost. I yearn for the good old days when we used to rack our brains on circuits involving transistors, inductors, capacitors etc. Those were the real challenges. Through this blog I would like to relive those days and also brush-up my memory. Engineering for me is a lot of commonsense and less of bookish knowledge. Unlike other subjects, like medicine or history, you don't have to fill yourself with tonnes of information. Logic alone can win you most of the days, and hence the blog name! Having said this I don't recommend you to stay away from technical books, they are the strong platforms on which every successful engineer builds his career. |
