Introduction	Steve Malone, the founder of Healthy Horizons for Children and Families, has been an emergency medical services paramedic for more than 28 years. Over the past 9 years , he has shared his knowledge and experience through his volunteer work in Honduras, and has participated in more than 30 missions worldwide, 29 of which were in Honduras. The November 2012 mission will the 30th!Steve took his first trip to Honduras in February of 2003. I remembered saying, “I don’t want to just go back home and only talk about this experience for the next six months; I need to do what I can to help.”
