| Introduction | I live in Contra Costa County (CoCo), California where the weather is sunny, the nature is plentiful and the people are great. I start each day with a bike ride - instead of a cup of coffee. On the weekend I love to sit at a cafe to write or read. I am contantly driven to create, whether it be cook, painting or take pictures with my iPhone. I am working towards my degree as an MFT and trying to live each day "in the moment". I wish everyone a joyful life full of gratitude! |
