Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I have a beautiful neck. Why would I want to keep such fabulousness covered? Even if I get frostbite, my neck would then be fabulous and BLUE. Or black. Or really red. But it would be an awesome color anyway. I've always wanted to be blue.
