Introduction	In June of 2015, I will have served Hilmar Covenant Church for 35 years! During this time I have had a number of job titles: Minister of Music, Associate Pastor, Worship Arts Pastor, with other less official references as well. In January 2012, a major change happened in my ministry when I ended my role as weekly worship pastor. After 31 1/2 years, I was ready for a change - and the church was willing to change with me! Now I have responsibity for congregational care and assimilation, missions (both local and global), spiritual formation (prayer, discipleship), and ministries of compassion, mercy, and justice. It's been rejuvenating, and I'm just as excited about ministry now as I was when I first came to Hilmar in 1980.
